Editorial policy
1. Source hierarchy
Priority is given to Resmî Gazete, Mevzuat Bilgi Sistemi, the applicable legislation and the competent public authority. Commercial websites and social posts do not prove a legal rule.
2. Editorial verification
Every material identifies the legal area, competent authority, review date, documentary basis, possible deadline and risk of error.
3. News and dates
Only a dated official event, decision or change is labelled as news. The authority’s publication date is separated from our editorial update date.
4. Authors and legal review
Materials are published by the Pravo Atlas editorial team. Unless a named lawyer is shown, an article must not be treated as lawyer-reviewed or as individual advice.
5. Corrections
When a primary source changes or an error is found, the material and its review date are updated.
6. Conflicts of interest
Editorial material does not promise a paid service or guaranteed result. Advertising must be separated from legal information.
